ECM INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 ECM BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 ECM bracket with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }
  2. INSTALL NO. 1 ECM BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 1 ECM bracket with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }
  3. INSTALL ECM


    1. Install the ECM to the electric vehicle control ECU assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }
    2. Install the ECM together with the electric vehicle control ECU assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not use an ECM that has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact.

    3. Connect the 3 electric vehicle control ECU assembly connectors.

    4. Connect the 6 ECM connectors.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX


    1. Attach the 2 wire harness clamps.

    2. Attach the 4 clips, claw and guide to install the No. 1 instrument panel box.

    3. Install the bolt <G>.

  5. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL


    1. Attach the 8 clips to install the lower instrument panel.

    2. Install the 3 bolts <D>.

    3. Install the clip.

  6. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT COVER


    1. Install the 4 clips to install the lower instrument cover.

  7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX HOLDER


    1. Install the instrument panel box holder with the 2 screws <E>.

  8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 6 clips to instrument panel box.

  9. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Attach the 13 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

  12. INITIALIZE LEARNED VALUE OF SUPPLY PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Note

      Certain systems need to be initialized after reconnecting the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
