VALVE CONTROL LEVER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL VALVE CONTROL LEVER WITH BRACKET


    1. A01CHVDE01

      Install the valve control lever assembly with bracket with the 3 bolts.

      Tech Tips

      Use a universal socket wrench (09011-5C120) for the bolt labeled A in the illustration.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 178 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL PUSH PULL CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the push pull cable assembly with the clip.

    2. Install the nut.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 guides to install the brake master cylinder reservoir assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY
