INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. Remove the instrument panel cushion.

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL STAY

      Remove the 2 screws <F>.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the instrument cluster finish panel stay.

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL STAY

      Remove the 2 screws <F>.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the instrument cluster finish panel stay.

  4. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CHD4E01

      Remove the 5 screws <F>.

    2. Remove the 2 clips.

    3. Detach the 5 guides and remove the defroster nozzle assembly.

      Pull the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct and the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct in the directions indicated by the arrows, and remove them from the defroster nozzle assembly.

  5. REMOVE LOWER DEFROSTER NOZZLE


    1. A01CH5GE01

      Remove the 4 screws <F>.

    2. Detach the 4 guides and remove the lower defroster nozzle.

    3. A01CGQG

      Pull the No. 1 heater to register duct and the No. 2 heater to register duct in the directions indicated by the arrows, and remove them from the No. 3 heater to register duct.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CHD0

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the No. 1 instrument panel register assembly.

      Use the same procedure for the other No. 1 instrument panel register assembly.
