FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Seat with Bench Type Seatback) DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.


  1. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

      Using moulding remover B, detach the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle RH.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the reclining adjuster cover RH.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING SEATBACK ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 2 bolts and reclining seatback adjuster assembly RH.

  4. REMOVE FRONT CENTER SEAT HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the bolt and front center seat hinge sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER


    1. Remove the hog rings.

    2. Remove the hog rings and separate type front seatback cover from the separate type front seatback pad.

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK SPRING ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the separate type front seatback spring assembly from the separate type front seatback pad.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Remove the hog rings.

      Remove the hog rings and separate type front seat cushion cover from the separate type front seat cushion pad.
