FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Seat with Separate Type Seatback) DISASSEMBLY

  1. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

      Using moulding remover B, detach the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle RH.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the reclining adjuster cover RH.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING SEATBACK ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 2 bolts and reclining seatback adjuster assembly RH.

  4. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER


    1. Remove the hog rings and separate type front seatback cover from the separate type front seatback pad.

  5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK SPRING ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the separate type front seatback spring assembly from the separate type front seatback pad.

  6. REMOVE LOWER CONSOLE COVER

    1. Detach the 2 clips.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the lower console cover.

  7. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH

      Using moulding remover B, detach the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle LH.

  8. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the reclining adjuster cover LH.

  9. REMOVE RECLINING SEATBACK ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 bolts and reclining seatback adjuster assembly LH.

  10. REMOVE FRONT CENTER SEAT HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the bolt.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the front center seat hinge sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE FRONT CENTER SEATBACK COVER

      Remove the hog rings and front center seatback cover from the center seatback frame sub-assembly.

  12. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the center seatback frame sub-assembly from the center seatback pad.

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Remove the hog rings.

      Remove the hog rings and separate type front seat cushion cover from the separate type front seat cushion pad.
