METER / GAUGE SYSTEM CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS


  1. SEAT BELT BUZZER ON/OFF SETTING


    1. Check that the ODO display is on, and turn the ignition switch off and then on. If another display is on, change it to the ODO display.

    2. Within 6 seconds after turning the ignition switch on, push the ODO/TRIP switch and hold it for 10 seconds or more.

    3. Following the table below, set the seat belt buzzer ON/OFF setting.

      Driver side seat belt buzzer

      Front seat inner belt assembly LH OFF → ON

      (Seat belt unfastened → fastened)

      Tech Tips

      The ODO/TRIP display changes from "b-on" to "b-off", entering the cancel mode.

    4. When in cancel mode, each time the ODO/TRIP switch is pushed, the setting switches between b-on*1 and b-off*2.

      Tech Tips

      *1: Cancel is invalid

      *2: Cancel is valid

    5. After changing the setting, the mode will be canceled by either not operating the switch for 10 seconds or more, or turning the ignition switch from ON to OFF.

      Tech Tips

      The setting can be reset when reconnecting the battery connector or removing/installing the meter connector (buzzer on).

  2. DAY MODE ON/OFF SETTING


    1. Turn the ignition switch ON.

    2. Check that the DAY MODE display is on. If another display is on, change it to the DAY MODE display.

    3. Push the ODO/TRIP switch and hold it for 1 second or more.

    4. Set the DAY MODE ON/OFF setting.

      Tech Tips

      The ODO/TRIP display changes from "dr I on" to "dr I off", entering the DAY MODE.
