TURN SIGNAL FLASHER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CIGM

      Detach the 13 clips and remove the center instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

    2. Disconnect each connector.

  2. REMOVE STEREO OPENING COVER

      Remove the 4 bolts and stereo opening cover.

  3. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01CHYB

      Detach the 5 clips and remove the lower instrument panel finish panel sub-assembly.

    2. Disconnect each connector.

  4. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT COVER


    1. A01CHVG

      Detach the 4 clips and remove the lower instrument cover.

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX HOLDER


    1. A01CH9CE01

      Remove the 2 screws <E> and 2 instrument panel box holders.

  6. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL

      Remove the clip.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts <D>.

    3. Detach the 8 clips and remove the lower instrument panel.

  7. REMOVE FUSE BOX OPENING COVER

      Detach the 4 claws and 2 guides and remove the fuse box opening cover.

  8. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the clip.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts <D>.

    3. Detach the 4 clips and guide and remove the lower instrument cover sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY

      Detach the 6 clips and remove the instrument panel box.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX

      Remove the bolt <G>.

    2. Detach the 4 clips, claw and guide and remove the No. 1 instrument panel box.

    3. A01CHXT

      Detach the 2 clamps.

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX


    1. A01CJ60E01

      Remove the bolt <G>.

    2. Detach the 3 clips and 2 guides remove the No. 2 instrument panel box.

  12. REMOVE TURN SIGNAL FLASHER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 3 screws and lift up the heater control and accessory assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01CHGM

      Disconnect the connector.

    3. Remove the nut and turn signal flasher assembly.
