AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the air conditioning amplifier assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      1.9 N*m  { 19 kgf*cm, 17 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL AIR DAMPER CASE ASSEMBLY

    A01CHQ5E01

    1. Temporarily tighten the air damper case assembly with the 5 bolts.

    2. Tighten the 5 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connectors and attach the clamps, then install the instrument panel wire.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR DUCT SEAL

    1. Install the No. 2 air duct seal with the 2 clips.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR DUCT SEAL

    1. Install the No. 1 air duct seal with the 2 clips.

  5. INSTALL ECU BRACKET


    1. Install the ECU bracket with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL ECU BRACKET


    1. Install the ECU bracket with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

  7. INSTALL NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 guides to 2 claws, then install the No. 3 air duct sub-assembly.

    2. Install the 2 clips.

  8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
