AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE COWL TOP OUTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and 2 guides, then remove the No. 3 air duct sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE ECU BRACKET


    1. Disconnect the connectors.

      Remove the 3 bolts and the ECU bracket.

  5. REMOVE ECU BRACKET


    1. Disconnect the connectors.

    2. A01CGZT

      Remove the 3 bolts and the ECU bracket.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR DUCT SEAL


    1. A01CIEG

      Detach the 2 clips and remove the No. 1 air duct seal.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT SEAL

      Detach the 2 clips and remove the No. 2 air duct seal.

  8. REMOVE AIR DAMPER CASE ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the connectors and wire harness clamps, then disconnect the wire harness.

    2. A01CHQ5

      Remove the 5 bolts and air damper case assembly.

  9. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the bolt and the air conditioning amplifier assembly.
