AIR CONDITIONING PANEL DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE AIRMIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Expand the clamp of the airmix damper control cable sub-assembly, pull out the outer cable from the cable clamp, and remove the inner cable.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Expand the clamp of the No. 1 heater control cable sub-assembly, pull out the outer cable from the cable clamp, and disconnect the inner cable.

  3. REMOVE AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Expand the clamp of the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly, pull out the outer cable from the cable clamp, and disconnect the inner cable.

  4. REMOVE CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 control knob sub-assemblies.

  5. REMOVE CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the control knob sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL KNOB

    A01CHE5

    1. Remove the heater control lever knob.

  7. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL NAME PLATE

    1. Detach the 6 claws and remove the heater control name plate.

  8. REMOVE COOLER CONTROL SWITCH KNOB

    1. Remove the cooler control switch knob.

  9. REMOVE HEATER BLOWER SWITCH

    A01CGL7

    1. Rotate the 2 heater blower switch bulbs and the 2 wire harness clamps in the directions shown by the arrows in the illustration and disconnect them.

    2. Rotate the heater blower switch in the direction shown in the illustration and remove it.

  10. REMOVE HEATER BLOWER SWITCH BULB

      Disconnect the 2 heater blower switch bulbs.
