CONDENSER REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL COOLER DRYER

      *1 Modulator

      Using pliers, install the cooler dryer to the modulator.

      Apply sufficient compressor oil to the O-ring and the fitting surface of the cap.

      Compressor oil
      ND-OIL8 or equivalent
    3. A01CIA4

      Using a 14 mm straight hexagon wrench, install the cap to the modulator.

      Torque:
      2.9 N*m  { 30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET


    1. A01CIH5

      Install the No. 1 cooler condenser bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Install the No. 2 cooler condenser bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    3. Install the No. 3 cooler condenser bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    4. Install the No. 4 cooler condenser bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL CONDENSER BLOWER MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CGK4

      Install the condenser blower motor assembly with the 3 screws.

      Torque:
      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL COOLING FAN


    1. A01CJ8Z

      Install the cooling fan with the nut.

      Torque:
      6.3 N*m  { 64 kgf*cm, 56 in.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL BLOWER WITH SHROUD ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CIA8

      Install the blower with shroud assembly with the 4 bolts.

  6. INSTALL COOLER WIRING


    1. A01CIPH

      Attach the 2 clamps to install the cooler wiring.

    2. Connect the connector.

  7. INSTALL GROMMET


    1. A01CGSJ

      Install the 2 grommets.

  8. INSTALL NO. 5 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET


    1. A01CJ5O

      Install the No. 5 cooler condenser bracket with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Attach the clamp.
