CONDENSER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 5 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET

      Detach the clamp.

    2. Remove the 4 nuts and No. 5 cooler condenser bracket.

  2. REMOVE GROMMET

      Remove the 2 grommets.

  3. REMOVE COOLER WIRING


    1. A01CIPH

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the 2 clamps and remove the cooler wiring.

  4. REMOVE BLOWER WITH SHROUD ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and the blower with shroud assembly.

  5. REMOVE COOLING FAN

      Remove the nut and the cooling fan.

  6. REMOVE CONDENSER BLOWER MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CGK4

      Remove the 3 screws and condenser blower motor assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET


    1. A01CIH5

      Remove the bolt and No. 1 cooler condenser bracket.

    2. Remove the bolt and No. 2 cooler condenser bracket.

    3. Remove the bolt and No. 3 cooler condenser bracket.

    4. Remove the bolt and No. 4 cooler condenser bracket.

  8. REMOVE COOLER DRYER

      *1 14 mm Straight Hexagon Wrench
      *2 Modulator

      Using a 14 mm straight hexagon wrench, remove the cap from the modulator.

    2. A01CIP7

      Using pliers, remove the cooler dryer.
