AIR CONDITIONING UNIT DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR

    1. Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.

  2. REMOVE COOLER UNIT COVER FILTER (for Integrated Type)

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cooler unit cover filter.

  3. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE (for Separate Type)

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the air filter case.

  4. REMOVE AIR FILTER (for Separate Type)

    1. Remove the air filter.

  5. REMOVE WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET

    1. Remove the 2 screws and wire harness clamp bracket.

    2. A01CIT2

      Remove the screw and the wire harness clamp bracket.

  6. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove 3 screws and blower motor with fan sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER UNIT DRAIN HOSE

    1. Remove the No. 1 cooler unit drain hose.

  8. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER TUBE ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the clamp and separate the connector from the lower heater case.

      Remove the 2 screws and the plate.

    3. A01CIKW

      Remove the 8 screws.

    4. Detach guide and remove the lower heater case.

      Remove the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly.

    6. A01CI85

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and detach the air conditioner tube assembly.

    7. Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioner tube assembly.

  9. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE

    1. Remove the cooler expansion valve.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CIPG

      Remove the 2 O-rings from the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR

    1. Remove the No. 1 cooler thermistor.

  12. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the heater radiator unit sub-assembly.
