FRONT BRAKE REASSEMBLY


  1. TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN FRONT DISC BRAKE BLEEDER PLUG

  2. INSTALL FRONT DISC BRAKE BLEEDER PLUG CAP

  3. INSTALL PISTON SEAL


    1. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to 2 new piston seals. Click here

    2. Install the piston seals to the disc brake cylinder assembly.

  4. INSTALL FRONT DISC BRAKE PISTON


    1. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to the 2 pistons. Click here

    2. Install the 2 pistons to the disc brake cylinder assembly.

      Note

      Do not install the pistons forcibly in the cylinder assembly.

  5. INSTALL CYLINDER BOOT


    1. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to 2 new cylinder boots. Click here

      Install the cylinder boots to the disc brake cylinder assembly.

      Note

      Install the boots securely to the grooves of the cylinder and pistons.
