VACUUM PUMP REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FUEL FILTER TO INJECTION PUMP FUEL PIPE


    1. A01CJDYE01

      Remove the nut (A) and clamp.

    2. Using SST, disconnect the 2 union nuts (B) and remove the fuel filter to injection pump fuel pipe.

  2. REMOVE VACUUM PUMP OIL PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CJ6ZE01

      Remove the 3 union bolts (A) and (B).

    2. Remove the vacuum pump oil pipe sub-assembly and 3 gaskets.

  3. REMOVE OIL LEVEL GAUGE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut and the oil level gauge sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 NOZZLE LEAKAGE PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CITXE01

      Remove the bolt (A) and the clamp.

    2. Remove the 2 union bolts (B), 2 gaskets and No. 3 nozzle leakage pipe sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE VACUUM PIPE


    1. A01CHUTE01

      Move the clip and disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum pipe.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts (B) and the 2 clamps.

    3. Remove the union bolt (A), the vacuum pipe and 2 gaskets.

  6. REMOVE VACUUM PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 nuts, O-ring and vacuum pump assembly.
