CLUTCH PEDAL STROKE SENSOR INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT CLUTCH PEDAL STROKE SENSOR


    1. A01CHAN

      Make sure that there is no looseness at the locking part and the connecting part of the connectors.

    2. Remove the clutch pedal stroke sensor.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 (C+B) - 3 (C-S) Always 16 to 24 kΩ

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 (C+B) - 2 (CSS) Sensor arm A position 0.32 to 0.48 kΩ
      Sensor arm B position 1.92 to 2.88 kΩ

    5. Move the sensor arm from A to B while inspecting the resistance between terminals 1 (+) and 2 (SIG).

      OK
      Resistance changes continuously.
