P0617/45 When the power supply voltage is 16 V or more and 32 V or less, the ignition switch is ON and the engine speed is 1000 rpm or more, the starter signal is detected to be ON for 5 seconds or more continuously.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

  • After replacing the electric vehicle control ECU assembly, perform clutch pedal stroke sensor assembly release position calibration Click here.

  • DTCs stored in the electric vehicle control ECU assembly are not cleared even after the system returns to a normal condition, so clear the DTCs after performing troubleshooting Click here.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK ELECTRIC VEHICLE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY (STSW TERMINAL)

      Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      E43-7 (STSW) - Body ground Ignition switch ON (starter motor not operating) Below 1 V
      Cranking (starter motor operating) 10 to 16 V

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage

      Cranking (starter motor operating) 10 to 16 V
