FRONT SPEED SENSOR REMOVAL

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The procedures listed below are for the LH side.


  1. REMOVE ENGINE SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

  2. REMOVE ENGINE SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

  3. REMOVE FRONT SPEED SENSOR

      Disconnect the speed sensor connector.

    2. Remove the nut and bolt.

    3. A01CHC9

      Remove the 2 bolts and remove the front speed sensor from the steering knuckle.

      Note


      • Remove the speed sensor without turning it from its original installation angle.

      • Keep the speed sensor tip and installation portion free of foreign matter.
