REAR STABILIZER BAR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 STABILIZER BAR BRACKET LH


    1. Install the rear No. 1 stabilizer bar bracket LH to the frame with the 2nuts and 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      76 N*m  { 775 kgf*cm, 56 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 STABILIZER BAR BRACKET RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the rear stabilizer link assembly LH to the rear No. 1 stabilizer bar bracket LH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      140 N*m  { 1428 kgf*cm, 103 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER BAR


    1. Install the 2 rear stabilizer bushings to the outside of the stoppers on the rear stabilizer bar.

      Install the rear stabilizer bar, 2 rear stabilizer bushings and 2 rear stabilizer brackets with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 178 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • Ensure that the identification mark is on the right side of the vehicle.

      • Be sure to install the rear stabilizer bushings so that each cutout faces the front of the vehicle.

  6. CONNECT REAR STABILIZER BAR


    1. A01CGKFE01

      Connect the rear stabilizer bar with the rear outer stabilizer end bracket LH, rear inner stabilizer end bracket LH, bolt (A), 2 bolts (B).

      Torque:
      Bolt (A)
      140 N*m  { 1428 kgf*cm, 103 ft.*lbf }
      Bolt (B)
      76 N*m  { 775 kgf*cm, 56 ft.*lbf }
