FRONT STABILIZER BAR REMOVAL


  1. LOOSEN FRONT STABILIZER LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CJGV

      Loosen the 2 nuts of the front stabilizer link sub-assemblies.

  2. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 STABILIZER BRACKET LH


    1. A01CI5U

      Remove the 2 nuts and front No. 1 stabilizer bracket LH from the front stabilizer link sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 STABILIZER BRACKET RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE FRONT STABILIZER BAR

      Remove the nut labeled A, spring washer and front stabilizer bolt.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts labeled B, 2 nuts, 2 spring washers, front stabilizer end bracket LH and front stabilizer end bracket RH from the front stabilizer bar.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure described for the RH side.

    3. Remove the 4 front stabilizer bushings from the right and left No. 2 stabilizer brackets.

  5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 STABILIZER BAR BUSHING


    1. Remove the 2 front No. 1 stabilizer bar bushings from the front stabilizer bar.

  6. REMOVE FRONT STABILIZER LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut, 4 front stabilizer bar cushion retainers, 2 front stabilizer cushions and front stabilizer link sub-assembly from the stabilizer bracket sub-assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure described for the RH side.

  7. REMOVE STABILIZER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

      1. Remove the 2 bolts , 2 spring washers and stabilizer bracket.

      for RH side:


      1. Remove the nut, 2 bolts , 2 spring washers and stabilizer bracket.
