SIDE STEP INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. INSTALL STEP PLATE COVER LH (w/ Cover)


    1. Install the step plate cover LH with the 4 clips.

  2. INSTALL REFLEX SIDE REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the reflex side reflector assembly LH with the nut.

      Torque:
      2.3 N*m  { 23 kgf*cm, 20 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL STEP SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the step sub-assembly LH with the 10 screws.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR
