RADIATOR GRILLE REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

    Tech Tips

    When installing the No. 1 radiator grille seal, heat the radiator grille using a heat light.

    Standard
    Item Temperature
    Radiator Grille 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

    Note

    Do not heat the radiator grille excessively.


    1. Clean the radiator grille surface.


      1. Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille surface.

      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the radiator grille.

      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

      Install a new No. 1 radiator grille seal.


      1. Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille.

      2. Remove the peeling paper from the face of the No. 1 radiator grille seal.

        Tech Tips

        After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

      3. Align the mark-off line and install the No. 1 radiator grille seal.

        Tech Tips

        Press the No. 1 radiator grille seal firmly to install it.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR COVER


    1. Attach the guide and claw to install the No. 1 radiator cover.

  3. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ORNAMENT


    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the radiator grille ornament.

      Tech Tips

      Do not install the radiator grille ornament at an angle. Be sure to attach all 4 claws at the same time.
