FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE


    1. Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.

    2. Detach the 8 clamps and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

  2. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH

    1. Remove the 2 screws and fog light cover LH.

  3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 4 screws and fog light assembly LH.

  5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH

      Remove the 3 bolts and fog light mounting bracket LH.

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH

      Remove the 2 bolts and front bumper extension LH.

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

      Remove the 2 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER NO. 6 REINFORCEMENT

      Remove the 2 bolts and front bumper No. 6 reinforcement.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY LH


    1. A01CHV1

      Remove the bolt, 2 screws and front bumper stay LH.

  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY RH
