REAR BUMPER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 BUMPER REINFORCEMENT


    1. A01VGOJ

      Engage the 2 guides and install the rear bumper reinforcement.

  2. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 BUMPER REINFORCEMENT


    1. A01VDMQ

      Install the rear bumper reinforcement with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH


    1. A01VM2O

      Engage the 2 claws and install the rear bumper side support.

    2. Tighten the screw.

  4. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. A01VDJ4

      Engage the guide and 2 claws and install the rear bumper side retainer.

    2. Tighten the screw.

  6. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE SEAL LH

      Install the rear bumper side seal with the 2 clips.

  8. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE SEAL RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  9. INSTALL REAR FOG LIGHT PROTECTOR LH (for TMC Made)


    1. Install the rear fog light protector onto the rear bumper cover.

  10. INSTALL REAR FOG LIGHT PROTECTOR RH (for TMC Made)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  11. INSTALL REAR FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01VGOO

      Install the rear fog light with the 2 screws.

  12. INSTALL REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01VIKZ

      Install the reflex reflector with the 2 screws.
