HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING

   
   

   1. Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing.

2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR

      *1	Aiming Screw

      Insert the headlight leveling motor.

   2. Turn the aiming screw of the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) shown in the illustration to engage the shaft.

   3. Turn the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) shown in the illustration to install it.

      Tech Tips

      When installing the headlight leveling motor of the headlight assembly RH, turn the headlight leveling motor in the opposite direction indicated by the arrow (2) shown in the illustration.

3. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

   
   

   1. Install the front turn signal light bulb into the front turn signal light socket.

   2. 

      Turn the front turn signal light socket and bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration, to install them.

4. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

   
   

   1. Install the clearance light bulb into the clearance light socket.

   2. 

      Turn the clearance light socket and bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration, to install them.

5. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

   
   

   1. 

      Install the No. 1 headlight bulb.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass with your fingers.

   2. 

      Lock the set spring in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

   3. 

      Install the socket cover.
