PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. for TMC Made:


      1. With the engine running, check where the washer fluid hits the windshield.

        Area Measurement Area Measurement
        A 89 mm (3.50 in.) C 39 mm (1.53 in.)
        B 204 mm (8.03 in.) D 18 mm (0.708 in.)
        OK
        Washer fluid hits the windshield in the areas as shown in the illustration.

        If the result is not as specified, adjust the washer nozzle sub-assembly.

    2. for TMMF Made:


      1. With the engine running, check where the washer fluid hits the windshield.

        A 220 mm (8.66 in.) C 10 mm (0.393 in.)
        B 110 mm (4.33 in.) D 14.3 mm (0.562 in.)
        OK
        Washer fluid hits the windshield in the areas as shown in the illustration.

        If the result is not as specified, adjust the washer nozzle sub-assembly.

  2. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. for TMC Made:


      1. With the engine running, check where the washer fluid hits the windshield.
