OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR GLASS REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR (for TMC Made)

      *1 Protective Tape
      *2 Moulding Remover

      Push the upper part of the outer mirror surface and tilt it.

    2. Apply protective tape to the bottom of the outer mirror cover.

    3. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws.

    4. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the outer mirror.

    5. Disconnect the connector.

      Tech Tips

      If the vehicle is equipped with mirror heater, disconnect the connector.

  2. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR (for TMMF Made)

      *1 Protective Tape
      *2 Moulding Remover

      Push the upper part of the outer mirror surface and tilt it.

    2. Apply protective tape to the bottom of the outer mirror cover.

    3. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 8 claws and remove the outer mirror.

    4. Disconnect the connector.

      Tech Tips

      If the vehicle is equipped with mirror heater, disconnect the connector.
