OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 3 guides and claw to install the outer rear view mirror assembly.

    2. Install the 3 screws.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

      Note

      When the outer rear view mirror assembly is reused, do not incline the screws while temporarily tightening them to prevent the screw threads from being damaged.

    3. Connect the connector. (w/ Power Mirror Control System)

  2. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)
