BACK DOOR REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM HANGER

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the opposite side.

      Install the package tray trim hanger.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 BACK DOOR WIRE


    1. B0046DLC02
      *a Hook
      *b Clamp

      Engage the 5 clamps to install the No. 2 back door wire.

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.

    3. Engage the hook.

    4. Install the bolt.

      Torque:
      8.4 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 BACK DOOR WIRE


    1. B0046NUC02
      *a Hook
      *b Clamp

      Engage the clamp to install the No. 1 back door wire.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Engage the hook.

    4. Install the bolt.

      Torque:
      8.4 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL BACK DOOR PANEL CUSHION

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the opposite side.

      Install a new back door panel cushion.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 BACK DOOR PANEL PROTECTOR


    1. Clean vehicle installation surface.

    2. Remove the release paper from a new No. 2 back door panel protector.

      B0046KM Double-sided Tape

      Engage the 2 clips to install the No. 2 back door panel protector.

    4. Press the double-sided tape area of the No. 2 back door panel protector.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 BACK DOOR PANEL PROTECTOR

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 back door panel protector.

  8. INSTALL REAR WASHER NOZZLE

  9. INSTALL CENTER STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  10. INSTALL REAR LIGHT COVER

      Engage the 6 claws to install the rear light cover.

  11. INSTALL REAR SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY (except GRMN)

    2. Install the 3 bolts.
