ROOF HEADLINING(for TMC Made 5 Door) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Disengage the 6 claws and the 2 guides and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. Remove the 4 roof silencer pads.

  4. REMOVE NO. 5 ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. A01VIHK

      Remove the 2 roof silencer pads.

  5. REMOVE REAR ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. A01VEN5

      Remove the 4 rear roof silencer pads.

  6. REMOVE REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER RH

      Remove the 2 adhesive portions and the rear side rail spacer.

  7. REMOVE REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE


    1. A01VKGJ

      Remove the 7 pieces of tape.

    2. Remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining.
