LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD (w/o Knee Airbag)


    1. A01VHHG

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 2 instrument panel safety pad.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD (w/o Knee Airbag)

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 instrument panel safety pad.

  3. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/o Cover)

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the outer mirror switch assembly.

  4. REMOVE REMOTE CONTROL MIRROR HOLE COVER (w/ Cover)


    1. A01VHBM

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the remote control mirror hole cover.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LEVELING SWITCH (w/o Cover)

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the light control rheostat.

  6. REMOVE SPARE SWITCH HOLE COVER (w/ Cover)

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the spare switch hole cover.

  7. REMOVE HEATER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/o Cover)

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the heater switch assembly.

  8. REMOVE SPARE SWITCH HOLE COVER (w/ Cover)

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the spare switch hole cover.

  9. REMOVE AIRBAG CUT OFF SWITCH CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the airbag cut off switch cylinder sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the claw to remove the glove compartment door stopper sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX


    1. A01VKDS

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 clips and guide to remove the No. 1 instrument panel box.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE (for RHD)

      Disengage the 5 clips to remove the No. 1 switch hole base.
