LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD


    1. A01VKNT

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the instrument panel safety pad.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the instrument panel safety pad.

  3. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the claw and remove the glove compartment door stopper.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX


    1. A01VENU

      Remove the 3 <A> screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 clips and 2 guides and remove the instrument panel box.

  5. REMOVE PUSH START SWITCH (for RHD with Entry and Start System)


    1. A01VELC

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the switch.

  6. REMOVE SPARE SWITCH HOLE COVER (for RHD without Entry and Start System)

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the hole cover.

  7. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Mirror Control System)

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the switch.

  8. REMOVE REMOTE CONTROL MIRROR HOLE COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the hole cover.

  9. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LEVELING SWITCH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the switch.

  10. REMOVE HEATER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Combustion Type Power Heater)

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the switch.

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 SPARE SWITCH HOLE COVER


    1. A01VIDD

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the hole cover.

  12. REMOVE AIRBAG CUT OFF SWITCH CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the switch.

  13. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY
