UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. Click here

   INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the 5 guides at the front of the upper instrument panel.

      Note:

      Be careful not to damage the upper instrument panel and steering wheel when installing it.

   2. Engage the 8 clips at the rear of the upper instrument panel.

   3. Install the <B> bolt.

      20 N*m

      204 kgf*cm

      15 ft.*lbf

   4. Install the upper instrument panel with the 2 clips.

   5. 

      Connect the passenger airbag connector.

   INSTALL COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. Click here

   INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

   
   

   1. Engage the 5 clips and install the instrument cluster finish panel.

4. Click here

   INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Radio Receiver)

   
   

   1. Connect the connector.

   2. Engage the 7 clips and install the instrument cluster finish center panel.

5. Click here

   INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Radio Receiver)

   
   

   1. Connect the connector.

   2. Engage the 4 clips and install the instrument cluster finish center panel.

6. Click here

   INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)

   
   

   1. Engage the 3 claws and install the instrument panel register.

7. Click here

   INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the 4 guides and 10 clips and install the instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

8. Click here

   INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH (w/ Curtain Shield Airbag)

   Click here

9. Click here

   INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH (w/ Curtain Shield Airbag)

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

10. Click here

    INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH (w/o Curtain Shield Airbag)

    Click here

11. Click here

    INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH (w/o Curtain Shield Airbag)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

12. Click here

    INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

    
    

    1. Install the front door opening trim weatherstrip.

    INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

    
    

    1. Install the front door opening trim weatherstrip.

    INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH

    INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for 3 Door)

    CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
