UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. A01VIJA

      Remove the 4 <A> screws and disengage the 4 guides and remove the heater to register duct.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. A01VJ6B

      Remove the 4 <A> screws and disengage the 4 guides and remove the heater to register duct.

  3. REMOVE NO. 6 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VJJU

      Remove the heater to register duct.

  4. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VF3J

      Remove the 3 <A> screws and disengage the 3 guides and remove the instrument panel register.

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VFVK

      Disengage the 4 clips and remove the instrument cluster finish panel.

  7. REMOVE NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)


    1. A01VLPS

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the instrument panel register.

  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX


    1. A01VIM8

      Disengage the 5 claws and remove the instrument panel box.

      Note

      Always replace the instrument panel box with a new one.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE


    1. A01VF4Y

      Disengage the 3 claws and guide and remove the defroster nozzle.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. A01VIKJ

      Remove the instrument panel cushion.

      Note

      Always replace the instrument panel cushion with a new one.

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

      Remove the instrument panel cushion.

      Note

      Always replace the instrument panel cushion with a new one.

  12. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. A01VHFW

      Remove the 2 instrument panel cushions.

      Note

      Always replace the instrument panel cushion with a new one.

  13. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for TMC Made)

      Remove the instrument panel cushion (upper side).

      Note

      Always replace the instrument panel cushion with a new one.

  14. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for TMC Made)


    1. A01VG3A

      Remove the instrument panel cushion (lower side).

      Note

      Always replace the instrument panel cushion with a new one.

  15. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for TMMF Made)

      Remove the 2 instrument panel cushions.

      Note

      Always replace the instrument panel cushion with a new one.

  16. REMOVE NO. 5 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for TMC Made LHD)

      Remove the instrument panel cushion.

      Note

      Always replace the instrument panel cushion with a new one.
