AIR CONDITIONING PANEL(for Manual Air Conditioning System) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. CONNECT AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 claws and connect the air mix damper control cable.

2. CONNECT AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the 3 claws and connect the air inlet damper control cable.

3. CONNECT DEFROSTER DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 claws and connect the defroster damper control cable.

4. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING PANEL ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Connect the connector.

   2. Engage the claw and 7 clips and install the air conditioning panel.

5. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Radio Receiver)

7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Radio Receiver)

8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY
