PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO.1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Radio Receiver)

  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Radio Receiver)

  5. SEPARATE AIR CONDITIONING PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VEKF

      Disengage the 8 clips.

    2. A01VFJE

      Disconnect the connectors to separate the air conditioning panel assembly.

    3. A01VJFD

      Disengage the 2 claws to disconnect the defroster damper control cable sub-assembly.

    4. A01VIUV

      Disengage the 3 claws to disconnect the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly.

    5. A01VFYK

      Disengage the 2 claws to disconnect the air mix damper control cable sub-assembly.
