AIR CONDITIONING PANEL(for Manual Air Conditioning System) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Radio Receiver)

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Radio Receiver)

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

    Click here

  5. SEPARATE AIR CONDITIONING PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VIYZ

      Disengage the claw and 7 clips.

    2. A01VDMM

      Disconnect the connectors and separate the air conditioning panel.

  6. DISCONNECT DEFROSTER DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VHHP

      Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the defroster damper control cable.

  7. DISCONNECT AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VJQX

      Disengage the 3 claws and disconnect the air inlet damper control cable.

  8. DISCONNECT AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VLD1

      Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the air mix damper control cable.
