AIR CONDITIONING PANEL(for Automatic Air Conditioning System) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Radio Receiver)

   Click here

4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Radio Receiver)

   Click here

5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Disengage the 8 clips.

   2. Separate the cooler air hose.

   3. 

      Disconnect the connectors.

   4. Disengage the 2 clamps to remove the air conditioning control assembly.

6. REMOVE ROOM TEMPERATURE SENSOR (COOLER THERMISTOR)

7. REMOVE AMPLIFIER MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY (w/ Microphone)

   Click here

8. REMOVE ENGINE SWITCH (w/ Entry and Start System)
