HEATER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEATER AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY


    1. Set the heater and accessory assembly into the vehicle.

    2. Install the heater and accessory assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

  2. CONNECT ENGINE ROOM MAIN WIRE


    1. Engage the 2 clamps and connect the engine room main wire.

  3. INSTALL ECM

  4. INSTALL HEATER WATER OUTLET HOSE A

      Install the heater water outlet hose A onto the water pipe.

      Tech Tips

      Perform the installation with the hose clip and mark at the correct angle.

  5. INSTALL WATER HOSE

      Install the water hose onto the air conditioning unit.

      Tech Tips

      Perform the installation with the hose clip and mark at the correct angle.

  6. CONNECT LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY A

  8. INSTALL BATTERY TRAY

  9. INSTALL BATTERY

    Click here

  10. INSTALL FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY WITH SUPPORT

  11. INSTALL TURBOCHARGER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  12. INSTALL EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  13. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

  14. CHARGE REFRIGERANT

  15. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK

  16. BLEED AIR FROM FUEL SYSTEM

  17. INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK

  18. WARM UP ENGINE
