HEATER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

  2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  3. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE TURBOCHARGER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY WITH SUPPORT

    Click here

  6. REMOVE BATTERY

    Click here

  7. REMOVE BATTERY TRAY

    Click here

  8. DISCONNECT SUCTION TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY B

    Click here

  9. DISCONNECT LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY A

    Click here

  10. DISCONNECT WATER HOSE


    1. B0045RN

      Slide the clip and disconnect the water hose from the air conditioning unit.

  11. DISCONNECT HEATER WATER OUTLET HOSE A


    1. B0047YS

      Slide the clip and disconnect the heater water outlet hose A from the water pipe.

  12. REMOVE ECM

    Click here

  13. DISCONNECT ENGINE ROOM MAIN WIRE


    1. B0045QF

      Disengage the 2 clamps and disconnect the engine room main wire.

  14. REMOVE HEATER AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the connectors.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and heater and accessory assembly.

      Note

      Do not damage the heater and accessory when removing the heater and accessory assembly.
