AIR CONDITIONING PRESSURE SENSOR(for TMMF Made) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER PRESSURE SENSOR


    1. Remove the attached vinyl tape from the tube and connecting part of the cooler condenser.

    2. Apply sufficient compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the tube joint.

      Compressor oil
      for HFC-134a (R134a)
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
      for HFO-1234yf (R1234yf)
      ND-OIL 12 or equivalent
    3. A01VFY3C01
      *a Turn
      *b Hold

      Using a deep socket wrench 27 mm, install the pressure sensor.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

    4. Connect the connector.
