PROCEDURE
INSTALL COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY
Engage the 2 guides to install the cooler condenser assembly.
Note
Do not damage the cooler condenser assembly or radiator when installing the cooler condenser assembly.
Tech Tips
If a new cooler condenser assembly is installed, add compressor oil to the cooler condenser assembly as follows.

Engage the 2 claws.
CONNECT COOLER REFRIGERANT LIQUID PIPE A
Remove the attached vinyl tape from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A and the connecting part of the cooler condenser.
Apply sufficient compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the tube joint.

Install the O-ring onto the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.
Install the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A onto the cooler condenser with the bolt.
CONNECT NO. 1 COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE HOSE
Remove the attached vinyl tape from the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose and the connecting part of the cooler condenser assembly.
Apply sufficient compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the hose joint.

Install the O-ring onto the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
Install the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose onto the cooler condenser assembly with the bolt.

INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY
INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY
INSTALL SUB-RADIATOR BRACKET
INSTALL SUB-RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
INSTALL FRONT AIRBAG SENSOR
INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH
INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
Tech Tips
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
CHARGE REFRIGERANT
WARM UP ENGINE
INSPECT FOR REFRIGERANT LEAK
PREPARE VEHICLE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT
