CONDENSER(for 2NR-FKE) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL COOLER DRYER

   
   

   1. 

      *a

      Modulator

      Using pliers, install the cooler dryer onto the modulator.

   2. 

      Apply sufficient compressor oil to the O-ring and fitting surface of the cap.

      Compressor oil
      for HFC-134a (R134a)
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
      for HFO-1234yf (R1234yf)
      ND-OIL 12 or equivalent

   3. 

      *a	14 mm Straight Hexagon Wrench
      *b	Modulator

      Using a 14 mm straight hexagon wrench, install the cap onto the modulator.

      Torque:

      2.9 N*m  { 30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf }
