CONDENSER(except 1ND-TV) ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

   INSPECT CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. If the fins of the cooler condenser are dirty, clean them with water and dry them with compressed air.

      Note:

      Do not damage the fins of the cooler condenser assembly.

   2. If the fins of the cooler condenser assembly are bent, straighten them using a screwdriver or pliers.

   CHECK CONDENSER FOR REFRIGERANT LEAKAGE

   
   

   1. Check the pipe joints for gas leakage, using a halogen leak detector.

   2. Check the tightening torque of the joints if gas leakage is detected from any pipe joints.
