BLOWER UNIT REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER


    1. A01VHGA

      Install the clean air filter into the blower.

      Note

      Install the clean air filter with its UP marks oriented in the correct direction.

  2. INSTALL AIR FILTER CASE


    1. A01VHR7E02

      Insert the rib of the air filter case into the blower unit.

      Note

      Install the air filter case with its UP mark oriented in the correct direction.

    2. Pinch portion A to engage the claw and install the air filter case.

  3. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

      Install the blower resistor with the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VENA

      Install the blower motor with the 3 screws.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)


    1. A01VKED

      Install the blower damper servo with the 2 screws.

  6. INSTALL AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)


    1. A01VFDY

      Engage the 3 claws and install the air inlet damper control cable.

  7. INSTALL NO. 4 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT (w/ Glove Box Light)


    1. A01VIXT

      Engage the 2 guides and install the heater to register duct.

    2. Tighten the 2 screws.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VFCW

      Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and install the air duct.
