FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY(for Front Passenger Side) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Convex

      Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:

      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not place the front seat inner belt assembly over the convex areas of the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly.

   2. Engage the clamp.

   3. w/o Seat Heater System:

      
      

      1. Install the 6 clamps.

      2. Connect the occupant detection sensor connector.

   4. w/ Seat Heater System:

      
      

      1. Install the 6 clamps.

      2. Connect the occupant detection sensor connector.

      3. Connect the seat heater connector.

   5. for GRMN:

      
      

      1. Engage the 2 hooks to connect the seat cover strap sub-assembly.

2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER (except GRMN)

3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 3 Door)

   Click here

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   Torque:

   5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
