FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY(for Front Passenger Side) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
      for TMC Made
      41 N*m  { 420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }
      for TMMF Made

      Note

      Do not place the front seat inner belt assembly over the convex areas of the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly.

    2. Engage the clamp.

    3. Install the 6 clamps. (w/o Seat Heater System)

    4. Connect the occupant detection sensor connector. (w/o Seat Heater System)

    5. Install the 6 clamps. (w/ Seat Heater System)

    6. Connect the occupant detection sensor connector. (w/ Seat Heater System)

    7. Connect the seat heater connector. (w/ Seat Heater System)

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER (for LHD)

  3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 3 Door)

  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  6. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
