REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for 60/40 Split Seat Type RH Side) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the rear seat headrest assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 4 claws to remove the rear seatback cover.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON

      Turn the rear seatback lock release button in the direction indicated by arrow to remove it.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET

    Disengage the 2 claws to remove the rear seatback stop button grommet.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    2. Unfasten the 5 hook and loop fasteners.

    3. A01VHNW

      Disengage the 5 hooks.

    4. A01VL8U

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the 2 front seat headrest supports.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01VLZT

      Remove the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 2 bolts and the rear seatback lock assembly RH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Disengage the 7 hooks to remove the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.
