REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for 60/40 Split Seat Type LH Side) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER (for TMC Made)


    1. A01VIOG

      Remove the 44 hog rings and the bench type rear seat cushion cover from the bench type rear seat cushion pad.

  2. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER (for TMMF Made)

      Disengage the 30 hooks and remove the bench type rear seat cushion cover from the bench type rear seat cushion pad.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the rear seat headrest assembly.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the rear seat center headrest assembly.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 4 claws to remove the rear seatback cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for both sides. (for TMC Made)

  6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON

      Turn the rear seatback lock release button in the direction indicated by arrow to remove it.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the rear seatback stop button grommet.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for TMC Made)

      Using a clip remover, remove the 8 clips.

    2. A01VLQ1

      Disengage the 5 hooks.

    3. A01VK7W

      Disengage the 8 claws to remove the 4 front seat headrest supports.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for TMMF Made)

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

    2. Unfasten the 5 hook and loop fasteners.

    3. A01VFP4

      Disengage the 5 hooks.

    4. A01VK7W

      Disengage the 8 claws to remove the 4 front seat headrest supports.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01VF38

      Remove the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 bolts and the rear seatback lock assembly LH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for TMC Made)


    1. A01VIAW

      Remove the 6 hog rings and the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for TMMF Made)

      Disengage the 7 hooks to remove the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.
