PRE-CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM FREEZE FRAME DATA


  1. FREEZE FRAME DATA


    1. Whenever PCS DTC is detected, the pre-crash safety city sensor stores the current vehicle (ECU or sensor) state as Freeze Frame Data.

  2. CHECK FREEZE FRAME DATA


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Chassis / PCS/LDA/RSA/LVN /Trouble Codes.

    5. According to the GTS display, select a DTC that stored freeze frame data.

    6. Read the freeze frame data recorded when the DTC was stored.

      • When no preceding vehicle is detected, "0 m" (0 ft.) is displayed

      • Displays the distance between the pre-crash safety city sensor (laser sensor) and a preceding vehicle.
      Headlight Type Displays headlight type / Halogen or LED

      Halogen: Vehicle equipped with halogen headlights

      LED: Vehicle equipped with LED headlights

      Skid Control Buzzer Demand Displays lane departure alert buzzer / ON or OFF

      ON: Lane departure alert buzzer active

      OFF: Lane departure alert buzzer inactive

      		 Buzzer request when lane departure alert system enabled and vehicle deviated from white line
      History of Blockage Displays whether there is camera and laser radar obstruction history / ON or OFF

      ON: Pre-crash safety city sensor (camera and laser radar) obstruction history exists

      OFF: Pre-crash safety city sensor (camera and laser radar) obstruction history does not exist
